Aroma and Tea 

Aroma is one of the most important elements in tea tasting.  It distinguishes fine tea, gives striking impression of floral tea, and lingering memories and sense of comfort.

Often times people attempt to smell dry leaf to tell its quality and proceed no further.  Considering characteristics of tea quality we examine, some tea has more bold and clear tone of aroma when the leaf is moistened.
